Reversible computation is a computing paradigm where execution can progress backward as well in the usual, forward direction. It has found applications many areas of computer science, such circuit design, programming languages, simulation, modeling chemical reactions, debugging, and robotics. In this article, we give an overview reversible focusing on its use We present example industrial robots for assembly operations combine classical AI planning with reversibility embodied to increase robustness versatility robots.
